Orders are usually processed and shipped with 48 hours or less Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed or shipped unitl the following week. WE OFFER NO GUARANTEES!. *Exceptions: Please expect delays when ordering during our PROMOTIONS periods, Holidays and especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We appreciate your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE! WE NO LONGER OFFER USPS as a shipping option due to inconsistency and lost packages. UPS is a little more expensive, but worth the assurance that our customers actually receive the products they order! Thank you for understanding this change! We offer USPS (default) (www.usps.com) and UPS (default) (www.ups.com) shipping services with overnight shipping and standard ground services. NOTE: UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes!
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE Next Day Air shipping to arrive the day after you order. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will NOT be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will not ship until at least Monday, at the earliest.
We are not responsibly for shipping delays caused by the selected carrier once your package has left our facility. You must contact the carrier if your order cannot be tracked. If, however a problem does occur that is the fault of the shipper (us) we will make EVERY EFFORT to rectify the situation where feasible and on our terms. NOTE: You agree to these terms when you “Check out” on our website.
Promo codes, specials, discounts, etc. can be terminated at any time by GreatLettering.com without notice. PROMO CODES or DISCOUNTS WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF THEY ARE ENTERED AT TIME OF ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is in the TERMS in which you agree to when you place the order, so please do not email us or comment us for a refund on a discount, it will be ignored. So remember – to enter your promo code at time of order!
Online Tool Problems
Our online Tool is best used with FireFox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer. If you do not use the supported browsers and cannot use the tool for that reason, any current running Promos at the time of your session WILL NOT BE HONORED.
Problems / Replacements
NOTE: Vinyl is best is applied as soon as possible after receiving (within 5 days or less). The longer the vinyl sits between the application tape and backing paper, the harder it will be to apply and the more likely it will be to stick more to the clear tape than to your surface … SO APPLY IT RIGHT AWAY to avoid this. Replacements WILL NOT be sent on orders older than 14 days!!
All refunds are subject to GreatLettering.com approval. Damaged lettering must be sent back to GreatLettering, PO Box 904, Millville, NJ 08332 ATTN: RETURNS. If approved, the refund may take up to 30 days to process. Installation problems are NOT refundable. There are no refunds on orders older than 14 days.
We are NOT responsible for misspellings on signs that you design. If there is a misspelling we will print it the way it is and assume it was made intentionally by you, the customer. In some cases, that is if we catch it, we may contact the customer to be sure the misspelling is the way you want it.
Orders WILL NOT be replaced (for free) due to spelling errors made by the customer, even if you ask us to check the spelling for you in the Comments section, that is not our responsibility so DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SPELLING BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT! If we make the mistake, the order will be replaced on us.
REVERSE CUT – for application inside a glass window:
You must select REVERSE CUT in the tool in order to reverse your lettering to apply on the inside of glass.
The comments section are NOT for shipping directions. Comments (like “Leave on front porch”) ARE NOT passed along to the USPS or UPS.

Billing Info and Charges
Your credit card statement will read a charge from ‘Sign Media Group’ (or Sign Media Group, LLC), of which GreatLettering.com is a wholely owned subsidiary.
DO NOT HIT THE BACK BUTTON OR REFRESH while on the Check out screen – this WILL result in multiple charges, errors in your order and A LOT of frustration. If this does happen, a refund will be given on multiple transactions, but will take up to 90 days to be given. If a complaint is filed to your credit card company, any fees associated are your responsibility.
